If I was able to get a refund after the first night and not continue staying there I would have been a lot happier.

The staff are pleasant and easy to deal with. Whatever you ask for you get :)

The facility, the picture is a lot more prettier than what it actually is, very small as well and the shower didn’t work and the bed is hard. We couldn’t get a refund after one night staying there but they moved us to a bigger room. As soon as I arrived I was disappointed straight away because the picture was very deceiving.

During low season it is worth the money, in main season it is a rip off.

The staff is friendly and will try to help where they can.

Water Pressure is disappointing and fluctuates too much to wash yourself properly. I don't have long hair so it was passable, but I would not recommend it to someone who wants to wash their hair daily and have really long hair. The breakfast is too basic and even though I paid for it, I only went one time, but afterwards never again.

Medium class hotel. Good restaurant.

Plenty of parking with reasonable pool size but the chlorine content was extremely high during our stay. On site restaurant was very good. Many shops just outside of the hotel.

Rooms are very outdated and not clean. No dental kit and no shaving kit. Room needs better sound proofing. Very noisy when people or your staff are walking by.

We loved this Thai style hotel that is so unlike many generic hotels that could have been anywhere.

Set away from the busy streets nearby, it felt like being in the countryside even though it was less than half an hour's walk from all the fun and chaotic nightlife around the Bangla Road walking street. The outdoor pool was huge and the outlook from the restaurant was surpringly rural. The buffet style breakfast had something for everyone and the style of buildings are very Thai. Our room was huge and the lovely staff were always friendly and very helpful. Convenience stores were only a short walk away.

Our room's garden outlook was a small rice paddy and a little dissapointing especially when they started harvesting the rice! The lighting in our room could have been brighter but we would definately return.

Close to the action but far enough away

Really nice resort, close to the boxing stadium, if you like that sort of thing. A varied array of restaurants within 1 to 10 minute walk, from fancy to basic Thai. Within 20 minutes you are at Bangla Road, this is 20 minutes walk it’s close to the action yet far enough away that you can get decent priced food and other stuff

Sometimes the staff were forgetful when servicing the room, as they might forget a towel or two. But the staff were all honest and awesome.

Within a close proximity to Patong beach happenings, 10 to 15 minutes walk to Bangla road, Jungceylon Shopping center and Patong beach. Lots of Resturants and eating options around the hotel. Big swimming pool & enjoying for the kids

Wasn’t clean enough No good variety on breakfast it’s very basic Cleaning is not up to the standard Had to request changing the bedsheets after cleaning directly If you are looking for a hotel in a good location consider it & of you are looking for comfort and luxury I would suggest you find a better alternative. Personally, not sure if I will make it again whenever am back in Phuket

Convenient, comfortable, relaxing, affordable, and safe.

The location was ideal. Very close to the beach, shops and night life. This does not mean it was loud; in fact it was very tranquil. We left our luggage at reception for 2 days during our trip to Phi Phi and everything was safe upon our return. I felt safe and comfortable to stay at Naina. The pool was also great and the staff gave us towels to use at the pool.

The air-con and our door lock was broken when we arrived, but they sent someone to fix it. After our return from Phi Phi, we got a different room, where the air-con was faulty again, tap leaked, and the safe was broken. After complaining, we were given a different room where everything worked well.

Other than room accessories and condition the hotel is good to stay. They should improve the room facilities.

They have plenty of spaces to move around. The location is really good and noise free. The pool area was good.

The room was not in good condition. The broken door. Bathroom condition was terrible. The water flow of bathroom was very poor. Toiletries were very poor. Extra bed was so uncomfortable.

What was the highlight of Naina Resort & Spa

This resort doesn't deserve a 4-star rating; it's barely reaching a 3-star standard.

What I liked the most was the expansive area of the resort. It was a beautifully open space with a few picturesque locations perfect for taking photos. The pool was quite large and enjoyable. I booked two deluxe rooms, and they were sufficiently spacious, each with a small veranda in front.

The primary issue with this resort was the apparent neglect of maintenance. The images displayed on the Booking.com website seem to have been captured during the initial stages of the resort's operation. My friend and I reserved a total of three deluxe double twin rooms, and unfortunately, all the bathroom doors were broken, making it impossible to lock them from the inside. This situation was quite distressing. Despite informing the reception, the attempts to repair the doors were unsuccessful. On one occasion, my daughter was startled to find a cockroach inside the toilet, leading to a rather unpleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered was monotonous, with the same items served every day.
